I recently stayed for a week on a leisure trip, and the experience was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring, while my room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The soundproofing was a huge plus, ensuring a peaceful stay despite being on a main street. The staff were helpful, especially Yara and Mohammed at the front desk. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen amenities, including a coffee machine and high-quality toiletries provided. it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The room was spacious and super clean. I loved that it was equipped with a kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The staff, especially Lyla, was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit could get a bit noisy at times.

Given the pool's cold water, heating should be a priority!!! Air conditioning issues in the master bedroom need addressing promptly, as comfort is key!!!

I really loved the hotel's location-it was super convenient for exploring the area and not far from the airport. The decor was stunning and super modern, making it a great spot to kick back during Christmas. Plus, the outdoor pool was a nice bonus for some relaxation!

On the downside, the coffee situation was annoying. The coffee maker took forever to work for tea, and only two capsules were provided for Nespresso, which is just not enough! the staff seemed a bit confused about room service. Not what you’d expect for the price!
